As a Senior Talent Acquisition professional with agency, start-up, and corporate experience, Anisa is passionate about people; building meaningful relationships, finding the best possible fit for both her clients and candidates, and helping guide others through their career journey. With 10 years of recruitment experience, Anisa is now an Account Manager/Senior Recruiter at Raise Recruiting. She’s had the opportunity to navigate work in a self-managed (“teal”) operating system over the past 4+ years, leading a variety of project work and implementing various common practices within the organization. With this work, Anisa has found herself to be passionate about teaching others (especially new hires) and modelling the key elements of self-management in her everyday work.
