Bryan Tweed, Vice President of Sales & Key Account Management, is passionate about providing customized, value-added recruitment delivery models for customers. He is a self-described “staffing industry lifer” who brings to the team nearly 15 years of experience within executive recruitment, workforce management operations, global national account management, and offshore delivery leadership. Bryan previously spent 8 years with Volt Workforce Solutions in progressive individual contributor and leadership roles at local, regional, and national levels. His relationship with IMS People Possible began while serving as the National Account Manager for Channel Partnership at Volt, in which he managed the offshore delivery model for more than 25 enterprise customers. Prior to joining IMS People, Bryan served as the Director of Recruiting at CyberSearch, an international technology staffing and consulting firm in which he was accountable for the global recruitment delivery management for the organization. Bryan attributes much of his success to the 5 year partnership with IMS People Possible and he is excited by partnering with strategic clients to design recruiting solutions which meet all IMS customer needs.
