In 2022, Gustav was successfully acquired. Jan is also the co-founder of the World Staffing Summit, a top-tier virtual event connecting thousands of staffing leaders worldwide. He currently serves as the CEO and co-founder of Candidate.ly, where he and his team are dedicated to creating a digital storefront for staffing and recruiting firms. Candidate.ly simplifies the process of sharing candidate resumes between staffing firms and their clients. Instead of relying on email attachments, Candidate.ly offers a collaborative space where staffing firms can submit their top candidates, receive prompt client feedback, track client activity on candidate profiles, and increase the number of successful placements. Residing in Vienna, Austria, Jan is not only passionate about the staffing industry but also about empowering fellow entrepreneurs to achieve their goals.
