Jason joined the Heitmeyer Consulting team in December of 2019 as the firm’s President. Jason focuses on guiding the company’s strategy, overall execution, leadership development, and is involved in supporting key client partnerships. Through the hard work of a fantastic organization, the firm has grown nearly 400% over the past three years. Prior to joining Heitmeyer, Jason worked for a large publicly traded IT Staffing and Services firm for over 15 years. Jason held multiple roles including serving in a leadership capacity for 13 years taking on increasing responsibility. During his tenure, the firm’s revenue grew organically from roughly $120M to over $2B, and the company transitioned from strictly providing IT staffing services to launching a rapidly growing IT consulting business unit. Jason began his career as a technology professional working primarily for Financial Institutions supporting software, infrastructure, and a major conversion. Jason grew up in rural Virginia and currently lives in a suburb of Columbus, Ohio with his wife and daughter.
