Joanie Bily leads the RemX professional staffing division at EmployBridge and is responsible for strategic growth and development of multiple lines of business and specialty segments. She oversees sales, marketing, operations, recruiting and employee development. In 2016, she launched RemX Contact Center Solutions, which has become the industry leader in delivering workforce staffing solutions to large U.S. call and contact centers. She is a strategic thought leader committed to delivering exceptional service and value to customers and temporary associates. Joanie also serves as Chief Workforce Analyst at EmployBridge where she shares the latest employment trends and insights around the workforce. Joanie rejoined EmployBridge in 2016 with over 20 years of experience in professional and commercial staffing, including executive leadership roles with two of the world’s largest employment firms. Just prior to rejoining EmployBridge, she spent three years in the digital recruiting industry as senior vice president of Global Market Insights at Monster Worldwide. In 2019, Joanie was named to the board of directors of the American Staffing Association and was named an officer in 2020. She has been recognized as one of the Most Powerful Women in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts for five consecutive years (2016 – 2021) and was the recipient of the World Staffing Summit Award in 2021. Joanie is a regular guest on the Fox Business Network, including Maria Bartiromo’s Mornings with Maria program. A frequent keynote speaker, she has appeared on ABC, CNBC, CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, and PBS. In recent years, she has been quoted in national media, including: The Wall Street Journal, U.S. News & World Report and Forbes. Joanie also acts as EmployBridge’s Chief Workforce Analyst where she shares the latest employment trends and insights around the workforce.
