JoAnne started in the industry as a recruiter and has since evolved her career with both buyer and supplier-side leadership positions. Most recently, as the SVP of Digital a digital team, JoAnne has led global teams that drive product, tech, and solution innovation across the MSP and RPO solutions. JoAnne has a wealth of experience in setting the strategy for global solutions and concepts and defining the evolution roadmap for the delivery of these solutions; including AI and automation enablement. JoAnne has led the process of determining the right strategic partnership of leading HR Tech providers looking to change and evolve the talent acquisition and talent management industry.
