Jon Beck is the Founder and CEO of Ursus Inc, one of the fastest growing staffing companies, (#3 on the 2021 Staffing Industry Analyst list of fastest growing staffing firms in the U.S.), providing top technical and creative talent to power the digital transformation movement. A 25-year technology veteran, Jon has managed zero to multi-million-dollar growth and been part of six executive management teams with successful exits via acquisition or public offering. Jon earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, where he was recognized as a three-time rugby All-American and part of two National Collegiate Rugby Champion teams. He currently serves as an assistant coach of the defending High School National Champion Danville Oaks.
