Jonathan has been instrumental in driving forward a consolidated approach to the contingent staffing marketplace, which constitutes a significant shift from the well-established talent attraction model commonly used today. Prior to TalentNet, Jonathan founded one of Canada’s largest recruitment companies which continues to receive recognition as one of Canada’s Fastest Growing Companies since beginning operations in 2004.
