Jourdan is a Principal and Chief Operating Officer with the Staffing the Universe Family of Companies. As a third-generation staffing executive, staffing is in his blood. He is an energetic and passionate leader involved in all facets of the organization, including business operations, technology, client engagement, and business development. Jourdan is a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and a Technical Services Certified (TSC) professional through the American Staffing Association. He is actively involved in several industry associations and sits on a variety of taskforces and councils. In 2018, Staffing Industry Analysts named Jourdan to their “40 Under 40” list and Jourdan speaks at various industry events on topics ranging from engagement and technology to innovative staffing strategies. Jourdan holds a B.S. in Finance and B.A. in Labor Studies and Employment Relations from The Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, he holds his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management, Strategy, Change Management, and Leadership from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
