Kunal Gill comes with over 15 years of Staffing & Consulting experience. After spending seven years successfully managing various Fortune 100 customers from the MSP side, Kunal has spent his last six years helping grow Aditi Consulting into an industry leader serving in his role as Vice President of Global Sales. Recently recognized in the 2021 SIA 40 Under 40 list and as a two-time Aditi President’s award winner, Gill believes his success comes down to his ability to build relationships based on integrity, empathy and trust. “I’m fortunate to be in an industry where relationships are the foundation of everything we do, but they can’t be successful unless they are rooted in trust,” says Gill. A strong voice and advocate for underrepresented communities, Gill also heads Aditi’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program. He’s solidified strategic partnerships that help provide underserved talent communities opportunities otherwise unavailable to them.
