As the Founder & CEO, I am responsible for making key corporate decisions and spearheading the overall operations and resources of the firm. Additionally, I am the face of Avsar while simultaneously acting as the main point of communication between the Board of Directors and the corporate operations. My professional journey spanning over 7+ years in the arm of talent recruitment saw major organizations, the likes of Flipkart, Swiggy, Ola, and Luminous. Along with having a demonstrated history of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, I have worked in various domains including operations management, executive search, market research, and business development. Being a part of the HR services landscape, I have a substantial firsthand account of the need-gaps and the opportunities that exist in the industry, be it in terms of talent acquisition and management, income-inequality, or diversity in workforce, etc. Equipped with these key insights, I came up with the idea of establishing an organization that would help bridge these need-gaps, thereby paving way for an exemplary socio-economic story regarding employment. With Avsar, my aim is to tap into the reservoir of unparalleled talent across the country, helping them embark on or tide through their respective professional journeys in highly organized establishments.
