Co-founder of Jump Advisory Group, well-known, high-profile recruitment figure, with over 45 years within the recruitment industry, and is the former MD of Office Angels and main Board Director of Adecco UK & Ireland, and Chief Talent Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Hudson UK, Ireland and Middle East. He has experience of successfully accelerating growth across multiple national and international recruitment businesses and sectors, as a CEO, COO, and a Strategic Advisor. A former Board Director of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation, regular judge at industry awards and multiple recruitment award-winner himself. Over the last 12 years Paul has worked as a Strategic Advisor, Business Coach and Mentor to a wide range of recruitment businesses across the UK and internationally. Paul has appeared in over 400 national and local radio broadcasts including BBC Radio 1, 2, 4 and 5, LBC, IRN, ITN and Jazzfm.
