Henderson is an accomplished executive with 35 years of leadership experience in staffing and financial services companies. He is among the first 50 executives named to the staffing industry Hall of Fame, has been recognized six times on the “Staffing 100 - Most Notable List” by Staffing Industry Analysts, and is a 7-time honoree of the “Talent Acquisition Superstar” award by HRO Today. During his leadership his organization’s acknowledgements included #11 on Fortune’s 100 Fastest Growing Companies, the Forbes 100 Most Trustworthy Companies and America’s Best Employers by Forbes Magazine. Prior to his current role working as a Board Advisor for private equity he was President of Healthcare Staffing and Executive Officer of AMN Healthcare, a Fortune 1000 firm traded on the NYSE. Before AMN he was Sr. Vice President and Group Executive at Spherion (now Randstad) where he was responsible for sales and operations of North American Commercial Staffing. Prior to Spherion he served as Vice President of American Express Group and Incentive Travel Services. His previous Board experience includes Wonolo a mobile platform providing on demand staffing and PipelineRx a technology based telepharmacy solutions provider, and currently GHR Healthcare a family of brands focused on healthcare, wellness and education staffing. Henderson graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree from the Franke College of Business. He resides in Dallas with his wife Rebecca. They are actively engaged in several social and philanthropic passion projects with a primary focus of job and financial security for women and lower income families.
