Rana Fatima is a Senior Analyst focused on building out Talent Tech Labs’ newest line of research in Talent Management and advising clients on modernizing their employee enablement strategies. Focusing on the employee journey from hire to retire, she has built out the new Talent Management ecosystem and taxonomy, focusing on 19 subverticals across 200 vendors. She has authored research on internal mobility, employee engagement, learning and development, and people analytics. Prior to joining TTL, Rana spent her time supporting tech startups and scaleups within the North American ecosystem across a number of incubators and accelerator programs. Her focus of experience and support was in fundraising and HR. Currently, she advises early stage startups and non-profit organizations and continues to build communities and resources to accelerate innovation.
