Mr. Suhas Basakhetre brings an experience of over 30 years in the field of Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He holds a master’s degree in Labour Law and Human Resource Management. He decided to pursue his dream after spending 8 years in the field and in 1997 he founded Prompt Personnel Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to become one of the top 10 HR firms in the country. He strongly believes in the ‘dignity of labour’ and inspires his teams to follow such core values in their service to Temp Associates. With this vision, beliefs, and values, Prompt Personnel has reached 19,000+ Associates (employees) across 2000+ locations PAN India, servicing clients across IT & Non- IT sectors. With this exponential growth we have spread across 8 metro cities in India as well as have tie ups with various business associates in Tier 2 & 3 cities.
