Thomas is CDO of Randstad Sourceright, where he is responsible for all technology, data and digital talent models and strategies globally. Additionally, Thomas is the Founder & CEO of twago, Europe’s leading freelance marketplace and talent pool management system. Thomas understands the intricacies of the global online workforce and how the world of work is changing. Thomas has helped small, medium and large businesses to connect with and manage professionals from around the globe. Thomas has more than 15 years’ high-level technical, product and general management experience, and due to his extensive global consultancy experience -- in which Thomas has worked in approximately 40 countries -- he truly understands the nuances of working cultures all around the world. Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Management and Computer Science and Business Administration from the Technical University of Darmstadt. In 2017 Thomas additionally finished a senior leadership program at INSEAD.
