What exactly gets tracked?

Portal opens (who, when, how many times), candidate profile views with time-on-profile, shortlist and decline actions, interview requests, feedback submissions, and overall client engagement over time. All timestamped and exportable.

Can my clients see that they're being tracked?

No. Tracking is invisible to the client. They see a clean, branded portal. You see the activity data on your side.

How do engagement scores work?
